    Day 4 - SSD Day .. and GTX260

    Some more parts arrived


    Very exciting, today the SSD's arrived. I am very interested how they will work out. I was reading a lot about and discussing even more. There have been a lot of good and a lot of bad news about SSD's, at least the current models that are reasonably priced.
    Here are a couple of interesting articles from AnandTech that really go into detail of what is right and what is wrong about many current SSD's on the market.

    Despite these articles I decided to go with the Patriot Warp2 SSD drives.
    I will run these drives in Raid0 and see if some of the shortcomings can be eliminated.

    Very nice looking drives, I am impressed so far. I also purchased a Hot swappable drive cage for them.

    Nice card, pretty big. It's rather the economy class card of nVidia's GTX 2xx cards. Great overall value and great performance.
